Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your package and your delivery pincode.
-
Calculation: The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.
-
Delivery Timeline: Once processed, orders typically reach Tier-1 cities within 3–5 days and Tier-2 or rural areas within 5–7 days.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Transition of Risk (Limitation of Liability)
Masalakoottu Foods partners with reputable third-party courier services (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, India Post).
-
Lost/Damaged Packages: While we ensure all products are packed securely, Masalakoottu Foods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
-
If you receive a damaged package, please take photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are 100% accurate.
-
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
-
In the event that a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, a re-shipping fee may apply to send the package out a second time.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, transport strikes, or government-mandated lockdowns.
