🥣 Quick & Easy Preparation
Enjoy a light and healthy puttu in minutes using your traditional puttu maker (Puttu Kutti or pressure cooker attachment).
Moisten: Take 1 cup of Barnyard Puttu Podi in a bowl. Add water slowly, sprinkling it over the flour while gently mixing with your fingertips until the mixture is uniformly moist and crumbly. Add salt to taste.
Rest: Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flour to absorb the moisture completely.
Steam: Layer the mixture with grated coconut in your puttu maker and steam until cooked (usually 8-10 minutes).
