š Required Ingredients (Per 1kg Beef):
Beef: 1 kg curry cut beef
Mix: Masalakootu Beef Kuruma Mix (full pack)
Water: Approx. 300 ml (for marination, cooking, and simmering)
Cashew Nuts: 50 gm
Grated Coconut: 5 tablespoons
Fresh Aromatics: 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
Seasoning: Salt, to taste
Garnish (Optional): Fresh cream
š©š³ Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions (6 Steps to Perfection):
Marinate the Beef: Mix the beef, the entire Masalakootu Beef Kuruma Mix, salt, and 150 ml water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Soak Cashew: Soak the cashew nuts in 100 ml warm water.
Pressure Cook: Cook the marinated beef with 150 ml more water for 5-6 whistles. Let the pressure settle naturally.
Cashew Paste: Grind the soaked cashew nuts along with the grated coconut and coriander leaves into a fine paste.
Simmer: Add the cashew paste to the cooked beef. Mix well. Add 50 ml water and salt if needed. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Garnish: Add 1 tablespoon fresh cream (optional) for extra richness before serving.
Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti and enjoy your rich, flavorful homemade Beef Kuruma!
