Our specially blended Beef Ularth Masala is the key ingredient that delivers the aromatic depth and rich, dark colour characteristic of this classic dish. Perfect for meat lovers who crave that signature slow-roasted taste.

Cooking Method: Beef Ularthu
Achieve the perfect dry fry—crisp exterior, tender interior—using our simple method with your pre-cooked beef:
Prep the Beef: Cook 1 kg of beef cubes in a pressure cooker with adequate salt and turmeric powder until perfectly tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat coconut oil. Fry chopped coconut pieces, ginger, green chilies, and garlic until fragrant and the coconut turns light golden.  
Combine & Spice: Add the cooked beef to the pan. Immediately introduce the remaining dry spices:
2.5 spoons of our Beef Ularth Masala
1.5 spoons of Chili Powder (adjust to heat preference)
1 spoon of Coriander Powder
2 spoons of Black Pepper Powder (adjust for heat)  
Dry Fry: Stir and fry thoroughly over medium-low heat. Continue frying until the water evaporates and the beef starts to brown and crisp around the edges. Add a little more coconut oil as needed to prevent sticking.
Finish: Stir in a generous handful of fresh curry leaves for the final burst of aroma and serve hot!
