š Required Ingredients:
Chicken: 1 kg boneless chicken
Mix: 1 packet Butter Chicken Masala Mix
Tomatoes: 700 gm
Cashew Nuts: 100 gm
Fresh Aromatics: 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
Fat: 100 gm butter
Liquid: 600 ml water (200 ml for marination, 400 ml for boiling)
Seasoning: Salt, as needed
Garnish: Fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves
š©š³ Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions:
Marinate: Mix the 1 kg boneless chicken, the entire masala mix packet, 200 ml water, and salt. Set aside to marinate.
Prepare Paste: Boil 700 gm tomatoes, 100 gm cashew nuts, and 1 bunch of chopped coriander leaves in 400 ml water.
Grind: Cool the boiled mixture and grind it into a fine, smooth paste.
Cook: Combine the marinated chicken and the tomato-cashew paste in a kadai (or pot). Cook until the chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
Finish: Add 100 gm butter and mix well until it is fully incorporated into the sauce.
Serve: Garnish generously with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
