🛒 Ingredients Required:
Biriyani Rice: 500 gm
Chicken: 500 gm
Mix: 1 packet Masalakootu Instant Biriyani Mix (containing Onion Sachet 1, Masala Sachet 2, and Ghee Sachet)
Liquid: 1050 ml Water
Fresh Aromatics: Chopped Coriander Leaves
Vegetables: 1 Tomato (sliced)
Seasoning: Salt, as required
👩🍳 Quick & Easy Instructions (7 Steps to Perfection):
Soak Rice: Wash and soak the Biriyani rice in water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Mix Base: In a pressure cooker, add the chicken, chopped onion (Sachet 1), masala mix (Sachet 2), and ghee (add both the sachets). Mix well.
Add Liquid & Flavor: Add the 1050 ml water, chopped coriander leaves, sliced tomato, and salt to taste. Mix well again.
Add Rice: Gently add the soaked rice to the cooker and mix just enough to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Cook: Close the cooker lid and cook until one whistle is reached.
Rest: Turn off the stove and let the pressure settle naturally for 25 minutes.
Serve: Transfer the Biriyani to another vessel immediately (do not keep it in the cooker).
🍽️ Serving Suggestions (Optional):
Garnish with fried onion, cashew nuts, raisins, and extra chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with salad, lemon pickle, and pappad.
