š Required Ingredients (Per 1kg Chicken):
Chicken: 1 kg curry cut chicken
Mix: 1 packet Masalakootu Chicken Kuruma Mix
Water: Approx. 300 ml (for marination and cooking)
Cashew Nuts: 50 gm
Grated Coconut: 5 tablespoons
Fresh Aromatics: 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
Seasoning: Salt, to taste
Garnish (Optional): Fresh cream
š©š³ Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions (4 Steps to Perfection):
Marinate: Mix the chicken, the entire Masalakootu Chicken Kuruma Mix, salt, and 150 ml water. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Cashew Paste: Soak the cashew nuts in 100 ml water. Grind the soaked cashews with the grated coconut and coriander leaves into a fine, smooth paste.
Cook: Add the marinated chicken and 150 ml water into a kadai (or pot) and cook on a low to medium flame. When the chicken is half-done, add the cashew paste. Add 250 ml hot water and extra salt if needed, then cook until the chicken is tender, stirring occasionally.
Garnish: Garnish with remaining chopped coriander leaves and a swirl of fresh cream (optional) before serving.
Serve this luxurious Chicken Kuruma hot with parotta, appam, or fragrant ghee rice!
