š Required Ingredients:
Paneer: 500 gm
Mix: 1 pouch Paneer Masala Mix (The package contains 2 pouches, each for 500 gm paneer)
Tomatoes: 450 gm sliced tomatoes
Cashew Nuts: 50 gm
Fresh Aromatics: 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves
Liquid: 450 ml water (for boiling)
Fat: Butter (for frying paneer)
Seasoning/Garnish: Salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, Kasuri Methi, and Fresh cream
š©š³ Quick & Easy Cooking Instructions:
Tomato Paste: Boil the tomatoes, cashew nuts, and coriander leaves in 450 ml water with salt. Cool the mixture and grind into a fine paste.
Paneer Fry: Melt butter in a pan and lightly fry the paneer for 3 minutes until slightly golden.
Combine: Add the prepared tomato-cashew paste to the paneer and mix well.
Masala Mix: Mix 1 pouch of Paneer Masala Mix with 50 ml water. Add this mixture to the pan and boil for 3ā5 minutes.
Garnish & Finish: Add Kasuri Methi and fresh cream. Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar to balance the taste. Mix well and serve hot.
