The 3-Step Preparation
Enjoy an authentic, tender Kerala Beef Curry in under 30 minutes of active cooking!
Marinate & Mix: Add the entire contents of this packet to 1 kg of cleaned beef (cut into cubes). Add sufficient salt (to taste) and mix well, ensuring the beef is fully coated. Let it marinate for a few minutes (or longer for deeper flavour).
Pressure Cook: Transfer the marinated beef mixture into a pressure cooker. Add 300 ml of water.
Cook & Serve: Close the lid and cook until the beef is perfectly tender (cooking time varies by cooker and cut)
