BEEF STEW MIX 60Gm

* Saute the Initial Ingredients: Combine 1 kg of marinated curry-cut beef, 1 diced potato, 2 diced carrots, 1        packet of beef stew masala, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, and salt directly in a pressure cooker. Saute for 10 minutes.
 * Pressure Cook: Pour in 300 ml of water and bring the mixture to an open boil until the meat releases its juices. Close and seal the pressure cooker lid, then pressure cook for 5 whistles.
 * Prepare the Paste: Blend 1.5 cups of grated coconut and 50 g of soaked cashews with a little water until smooth.
 * Combine and Simmer: Add the coconut-cashew paste and 350 ml of water to the cooked beef mixture.
 * Garnish and Serve: Bring the stew to a boil, stir in a handful of fresh coriander leaves, remove from heat, and serve.
