Ingredients:
Sprouted Millets and Legumes (Jowar, Finger Millet, Red
Sorghum,Manicholam, Pearl Millet, Chick Pea, Horsegram,
Green gram), Oats, Little Millet, Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet.
Hog Millet, Barnyard Millet, Brown Top Millet, Cashew.
Badam, Peanut and cardamom.

SPROUTED DELIGHT

ENJOY THIS HEALTHY PORRIDGE AS
BREAKFAST OR DINNER

Mix 100 ml milk, 100 ml water (one glass) and boil. Take 2
table spoon Porridge Mix in a bowl and make a paste with
little water and add into the boiling milk. Add a pinch of
salt. Cook it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from the stove and serve with nuts and fruitcuts
of your choice.
* Refrigerate after opening for better result.
