👩🍳 Quick & Easy Upma Preparation:
Boil Water: In a pan, add the required amount of water and sufficient salt. Bring the water to a boil.
Crucial Ratio: For each cup of Rava Mix, use 1 and a half cups (1.5 cups) of water.
Add Fat: Once the water starts boiling, add ghee or coconut oil and mix.
Add Rava: Slowly add the Rava Mix to the boiling water, stirring thoroughly and continuously to prevent lumps from forming.
Rest: After mixing for 1 to 2 minutes, turn off the stove. Cover the pan and let the Upma rest for 5 minutes.
Serve: After resting, mix the Upma once again to fluff it up and achieve the perfect consistency.
