VEGETABLE KORMA 65 gm

In a pressure cooker add  600 gm of cut vegetables of your choice, 300 ml water and salt as required. Cook until 2 whistles. Grind 3/4 to 1 cup of grated coconut adding a some water into a fine paste. Add this paste to the cooked vegetables and mix well. Add 1 pouch Masalakoottu Veg Korma mix and 400 ml water and mix until its combine well. Let it boil for5 minutes. Add chopped corriander leaves(optional)Add salt if needed. Use after 10 to 15 minutes for better taste. The packet contains 3 pouches .
